Scan Through the Entire Warehouse Process

Scan to Allocate, Prep, Book Out and Check-in your Inventory.

We are pleased to release the full scanning process into Current, making the process of allocating, prepping, booking-out and checking-in of stock much more fluid. To use this, ensure your cursor is in the asset field box and then start scanning across all the tabs, at the top of the detail view, within an Opportunity. This will work for both serialized assets and barcoded bulk stock.

When your allocation has been accepted, you will see a green message, hear a noise and the new line will turn yellow. You can allocate, prepare, book out and check-in if you don’t have a barcode scanner in the same way, by typing in an asset or barcode number, or alternatively auto-allocating, where Current will automatically allocate the first available asset for you to pick.
