We have just released our new Services Module - managing all of your bookable services, whether that be labor, transport, rooms or venues - the choice is yours.

This was a highly sought after feature on our Customer Wishlist with over 125 votes from the industry so we are delighted to be able to get this released to you all - thanks for all the feedback along the way, we hope you like it.

For now, here’s just a few key features within this new module that we think are great:

Intuitive Resource Planner

See a calendar of all of your bookable resources and any jobs with unallocated services.

Easily allocate these bookable resources via simple drag and drop functionality and quickly identify the status of your services through the colour coded tiles presented. For example; Blue - unallocated, Green - confirmed and Red - booked out.

Flexible Service Charging

Current gives you the option to decide how you wish to charge for your services, providing four rates in total; daily, hourly, by distance or a fixed rate. When adding a service to a quote or order, you can choose from one of these rates.

Handy iCal Feed for Service Bookings

Current provides you with an iCal feed for each of your bookable resources, allowing you to see service activities in other popular calendars e.g Google or Apple Calendar.

Track room bookings and keep those added to jobs up-to-date by showing what jobs they’ve been booked onto.
