F rom marquee and tent hire to toilets and generators, The Showman’s Show has a place for all sectors of the events industry. One company - Flying Hire, temporary power services, based in Lincoln - are excited to demonstrate their new equipment to attendees, through both days of the show on Stand 127.
We're extremely excited to be exhibiting at this year's Showman's Show as we have recently invested in the rental fleet and will be showcasing new approaches to temporary power.
We'll be demonstrating our innovative 40 Kva single phase sync machines, which were designed to meet Flying Hire's specification, meaning more power and less fuel. We also have the brand new Himoinsa eco + tower lights which have already proved their worth.

Flying Hire implemented Current RMS into their hire business on 1st September 2015, and have just completed their first year with Current.
We’re thrilled to have blasted 1500 hires in one year. The result of this is 25 new generators on fleet this year alone, 5 new staff members and lots of exciting prospects ahead.

A brand new element to the show this year, is ‘Campfire Sessions’, which involves a number of speakers holding thought-provoking sessions in a campfire style setting. The sessions will be held over both days of the show with speakers such as Steve Heap of AFO, Jon Drape of Ground Control and Chris Johnson of Powerful Thinking. This is the first dedicated stream of workshops and panel discussions, in the shows 30 year history, so it’s definitely something to be excited about.
Alongside returning exhibitors, there will be lots of new faces at this year’s Showman’s Show, with event businesses travelling from all over to demonstrate their products. One of these first time exhibitors is ‘Marquee Roof Rollers’, who are exhibiting on Stand 149, Avenue B. They are launching their new product for event organisers and suppliers, which pulls on and removes 3 metre roofs quickly and efficiently.
