Celebrating a decade of Current RMS:
Cheers to 10 incredible years!

Last week marked a huge milestone for Current RMS as we celebrated our 10th anniversary — a decade of equipping businesses in the AV, Production, Events and Broadcast industries with our innovative cloud-based rental management software.

W e couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support that we’ve received over the last ten years from all corners of the globe. Our users have helped shape our business into what it is today.

When we launched back in 2013, our vision was simple: to create an intuitive, flexible and cloud-based rental management solution for the AV, Production, Events and Broadcast industries. We’re proud to have made that vision a reality—helping businesses of all sizes streamline their operations and work smarter on any device, at any time, from anywhere!

I am incredibly proud to have worked with the team, industry and customers to bring Current RMS into the market back in 2014. During the early stages of customer discovery, we found some great advocates who are still Current RMS customers to this day.

Launching this time 10 years ago at PLASA Show, I can recall the excitement and delight in the customers' eyes as they saw our amazing new product in action and soon our customer base started to grow incredibly fast. Looking at the day-to-day challenges the industry had with their existing software, we allowed them to propel their businesses forwards so that they could work anywhere, any time with any device.

I am delighted that Current RMS is storming ahead – the same passion that the team showed at the product launch 10 years ago is still true to this day. Here’s to the next decade of great success for Current RMS!

  • Do a deal - Negotiating with clients has never been easier. This feature helped our customers win more business by adjusting costs directly on the fly.
  • Automatic costing - We simplified tracking costs, making it easier for businesses to manage complex rental contracts.
  • Choosing accessories - Customising your kit for specific jobs is now much simpler with this tool.
  • Various integrations - From linking with CRM platforms to financial integrations, we’ve adapted to make your rental software work seamlessly with other software.


What’s also been incredibly rewarding for us, is connecting with so many of you at industry events worldwide. We’ve exhibited at trade shows like PLASA London, HRIA and The Showman’s Show, meeting incredible people and learning about the unique ways you use Current RMS to grow rental businesses.

Since starting up, we’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with over 2,000 companies across the globe and we look forward to working with even more businesses in the future.

Whilst it’s been 10 years of innovation, support and community, we’re just getting started! We’re excited for what the future holds and are committed to continuing our mission to provide the very best in rental management software.
